Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

 

Active Membership

A member is classified as an “Active Member” if they have earned or redeemed points within the previous two consecutive quarters. Failure to meet this activity requirement may result in the deactivation of the member’s account.

 

Trade Discount

Members who exceed their performance from the previous financial quarter will be eligible for a loyalty rebate, which will be applied to their account and can be utilised for future services.

 

Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

• Loyalty program benefits and points are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shared with any other individual.

• Points and benefits accrued through the program cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or claim related to the loyalty program, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation within 30 days.

 

Use of Personal Information

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Personal information collected through the loyalty program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be utilised for the administration of the program and the provision of associated benefits.
